Mr Woodthierry needs more customer service training. I didn’t feel he was eager to help at all, been to other banks where I had no issue opening an account, until I got to him. Def makes me think if I really want to bank with Wells Fargo if this is how new customers are treated
The Branch Manager Genevieve was amazing!!! She was very patient, kind, and understanding. She was very helpful and genuine! Not many kind, caring individuals in the world anymore but she is definitely one of them!
You would think that if Saturday is your busy day, then you would have a full boat of bank tellers. But no, only one can handle all 100 of us.
