If I could, I would give zero stars because you’re establishment has the worst customer service. I experience that by two tellers, one named Blanca and the other one named Melanie, a black lady rude and the black lady rolled her eyes back completely not professional. I asked her for her name. She said I’m a go get a cup my card and she was taking a long time so I asked the other teller for her name and she said her name is Melanie so I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name, right
You have three customers in line waiting to do transaction. one teller helping a customer that is taking quit sometime with an issue . Meanwhile there are two other staff members literally floating around observing everything and greeting you saying hi asking why you are at the branch then saying someone will be with you in a minute . one of the people online is handicapped and it's been over 10 minutes, but no one else can help you make a huge commercial deposit. I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. Instead of trying to assist me with my questions, they seemed impatient and uninterested, as if I was bothering them. When I asked for clarification on some services, the representative gave me very short answers and looked annoyed, which made me feel uncomfortable.
