I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. Instead of trying to assist me with my questions, they seemed impatient and uninterested, as if I was bothering them. When I asked for clarification on some services, the representative gave me very short answers and looked annoyed, which made me feel uncomfortable.
