Very disappointing experience. This business clearly picks and chooses which customers to serve. I was made to wait for over two hours while other customers were taken ahead of me, with no explanation or apology. It felt like my time didn’t matter at all. Poor customer service, poor communication, and a complete lack of respect for customers. If you can’t serve someone on time, at least be honest and let them know instead of making them wait for hours. I would not recommend this place and will not be coming back.
