I like Wells Fargo and they treat me a lot better than other banks have.
I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years and have never experienced service like this. The Severna Park branch was extremely understaffed, with only one employee working. I waited in the drive-through line for over 25 minutes. I came during my lunch break expecting to make a quick deposit and return to work, but that was not possible due to the lack of staffing. This reflects poor scheduling and management at this location. Wells Fargo can and should do better. This experience was unacceptable.

The tellers were very friendly and helpful.
