I go to this branch so often. The staff are very friendly and polite.They have a great customer service. Rosa always assist me.👍
The worst customer service I have ever seen .... A simple question from the stuff could save me 40 minutes waiting for not be served !!!!!
This branch should not even be open. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Been to the drive-thru twice and both times the shade was up, a name plate was in the window and no one answered the buzzer. Then, when I go into the bank, there are four people in line with only one teller. Yesterday is the last time I will ever go there. I'd rather deal with the traffic on Okeechobee and go to that branch than waste OVER 30 minutes of my time waiting at this one. Although it is a convenient location for me, they sho... read more
