I wanted to make note of the worst experience I have had with your bank. I received one overdraft charge of $35.00 for the first time in years. When I used to have Wachovia before Wells Fargo took over, the customer service was excellent. I used to be young and a beginner in the banking world and received multiple overdraft charges. When I would go into the branch Wachovia would take away the overdraft charges to not only keep a customer, but keep a happy customer.
