I just was at the bank and worked with Monique and especially Jose. I had a family banking issue and they couldn’t have been more helpful. It was a great experience and I can’t thank them enough.
It’s actually laughable what’s going on at this branch. 2 tellers moving at an absolute snails pace and about 5-6 managers walking around trying to look important and ask people what they are here for. Maybe take your head out of you know where and get behind the desk and help people. Fake wannabe Important managers. Bro do your job and help the customers. What a joke.
Do not make an appointment with them. I had one at 10:30 then I left at 10:50 😂no one came to me😂
The drive thru it self is very very narrow to drive through. Each lane should have been a foot wider. I do know lots of drivers bang their cars up. Very bad design. I don't like going inside but I will drive 6 miles to another one that do have adequate space.
