My favorite bank
Been using Wells Fargo for 34 years and I have definitely seen a downward spiral. It's amazing to me how many of bankers and Associates have left and now they are a skeleton crew. Unfortunately most are badly trained or have a bad attitude because they're overworked. Not sure which. There is another Wells Fargo down the road from this which is even worse. Just using them for a checking account is about all I can deal with. And thank goodness for online banking.
