I went to the ATM on Saturday to deposit money in my account. The ATM ripped my $20 dollar bill. It kept a portion and gave me the rest. I called the 1-800 number and the customer service representative told me to bring the torn $20 to the bank and it would be replaced. I did that today and the tellers were like no, we can’t and won’t accept this bill. They did not pull up my account or take a complaint. I’ve been a customer for over 12 years. They have financed my house and car. Today they have lost my business.
