I avoid visiting the bank as much as possible because, even with an appointment, you can end up waiting. Today was no different, despite having a scheduled appointment. The layout feels impersonal compared to other branches I've visited in the past. The bankers work in cubicles separated from the rest of the office, which makes the environment unwelcoming.
