The younger hispanic gal that works the teller line is extremely disrespectful if it werent for absolutely needing Wells Fargo as the only National Bank based in Alaska, I would pull all my money and options. I came in one day in my work uniform and she made rude disrespectful aggressive comments basically harassing me for how her experiences have been coming through my job but had nothing to deal directly with me. She was completely out of line.
I’ve had a wonderful experience every time I visit the Wells Fargo branch in Crofton! The staff is consistently welcoming and friendly, making each visit a pleasant one. Christina, the teller, is especially outstanding. She is always kind, professional, and takes the time to ensure all my banking needs are met with a smile. It's rare to find such great customer service, and I truly appreciate the positive atmosphere at this location. Highly recommend!

I went today to this branch to solve some issues with my debit card. Jessica Prandy assisted me and she was very helpful. Very nice, polite and professional. She explained everything I needed to know and solve the problems that I had with my card. Thanks Jessica!
The manager Jessica is a nightmare. The Bowie location has much better service
