Slow and waiting over 30 min for an appointment. Do yourself a favor and go to another bank.
Today October 10, 2024, around 1.40 pm, I have visited this branch to withdraw some money from my business account. There was no customer waiting in the queue and I was called as soon as I got in. There was 2 lady teller and I was served by a very unprofessional, rude and idiotic type teller who was not wearing her name badge, therefore, I couldn't find out her name specifically but she has Black hair and wearing grey tops and blue jeans and a flip flop. It’s takes less than 5 minutes to get a document notarized and having to wait over 20 minutes is ridiculous. I’m really starting to dislike this bank and really contemplating on closing my account
