I am thankful Ms. King and Mr. Kwoke were able to assist me in the handling of my Dad's Estate account. I am not too happy about the new fees being implemented as of Nov 2025. But thankful I was at least able to talk to someone who cared enough to listen and help the situation anyway they could.
Drive through closed, extremely long line inside and only 1 teller. Avoid at all costs
Closed drive thru, understaffed can’t even do a single transaction deposit in less then 20 mins, try another Wells Fargo if you don’t have 30 mins or more to sit in line and wait….and wait….
Junior was pleasant,polite, friendly, patient,was well knowledgeable with the subject matter and made me feel comfortable and welcome
