I've been banking at Wells Fargo and I enjoy my experience. The young lady with the dreadlocks is customer friendly and knowledgeable. It appears that her primary goal is to serve as many customers in the most efficient and timely manner. She doesn't usually grewt you with a big smile, but perhaps it's not her personality. She is kind and works expeditiously. Personally, I appreciate that as she is respecting the fact that individuals want to get in and out.
Wells Fargo Bank is a great bank to do business. I have never had a problem asking questions, or changing my way of utilizing their services. If a problem arose, it was quickly resolved by their representatives. I have recommended this bank to my co-workers as well.
Junior was very thoughtful and considerate and made the process working with him very entertaining and comfortable for me! I enjoyed the experience and would like to make him my personal banker moving forward! Highly recommend!
