By far the rudest least helpful staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I will never return to this branch if it wasn’t for the helpful staff in San Marcos I would have closed my account.
Worst customer experience ever, Told me everyone is at lunch, I say okay when would be good time to come back, Told me I can schedule and appointment, I say okay let's schedule appointment. Then I'm told I can do that online, what's the point of even having people work there horrible customer service
