I hate leaving a bad review here because honestly the people here are very nice. But both times I’ve been here I’ve had problems. Horrible Service! I've been a customer for over 35 years, and just needed $20 cash withdraw as an emergency since I forgot my wallet. I had proof of my name and address through car registration and proof of insurance, and could provide Bank manager with all my private details, yet she refused to extend me the courtesy of allowing me to withdraw only $20 without an ID. Other banks, like wonderful Chase bank has done this for me many times without a hassle. I'll be closing my wells fargo account. Good riddance!
Don’t make a CD with these guys. They try to give you the run around and not give your deposit back.
