Don’t make a CD with these guys. They try to give you the run around and not give your deposit back.
Bad management, wellsfargo has a bad reputation but this branch specifically is a joke. They think they can dictate how much you can withdrawa of your own money (less than 10k) on the basis of if they like how you answered their questions or not.
Worst customer service!
Worst branch ever. Not surprised they have such a low rating. If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman working the teller was just so incredibly rude to my 8 year old who was playing on my phone while I was trying to have a conversation with her. She kept accusing him of taking pictures of her which he wasn't even doing! When I tried to explain that to her she was even more aggressive and rude.
