Jenny Morales (Associate Personal Banker) is amazing! I walked into this Wells Fargo 3 weeks ago at 2:46pm on a Friday needing to complete an urgent wire transfer, not knowing the deadline to have a wire submitted and approved was 3:00pm. Jenny worked urgently and problem solved by engaging a co-worker to call the wire agency (if that's the correct terminology) while processing my request. at 2:59pm, my wire had been submitted and approved with 1 minute to spare. I lost my card and got charged an overage fees (400$+) due to financial hardships, so I got kicked in the gut while I was down and the "bankers" called me over to their little cubicles in the back surrounded me and said to me they can not help with the overage, but also WARNED ME that each card supposedly cost 100$ each for them to send me and acted like they were gods among men and BLESSING me with an additional card sent to my address like it was coming out of his pocket. Very bad experience! They could not find Online appointment with banker, I complained about unreasonable fee charged, that complaint was no record in their system, they just don’t care about customers!
