Worst branch ever. Not surprised they have such a low rating. If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman working the teller was just so incredibly rude to my 8 year old who was playing on my phone while I was trying to have a conversation with her. Jenny Morales (Associate Personal Banker) is amazing! I walked into this Wells Fargo 3 weeks ago at 2:46pm on a Friday needing to complete an urgent wire transfer, not knowing the deadline to have a wire submitted and approved was 3:00pm. Jenny worked urgently and problem solved by engaging a co-worker to call the wire agency (if that's the correct terminology) while processing my request. at 2:59pm, my wire had been submitted and approved with 1 minute to spare.
