Only 2 tellers and 2 bankers. No sense of urgency, when we arrived there was lo line and we waited to be helped then line started to build up. The employees don't seem happy to be there and that translates to their customer service. Just wanted to close an account and we spend close to a full hour there. The banker initially dismissed us and ask to close the account online which is not an option, then send us to the teller line but the teller wasn't able to assist and call a banker again, just a waste of time.
Never had less then 30min wait. I try to avoid this branch. Stop by and only saw 2 people in line. Aginst my better judgment i went in. 35min wait to see the teller don't waist your time dive to the one on 120th
If there was a 0 I would give it to them. I came here with a check that was from Wells Fargo last week and they told me I needed to open an account to cash the check. Then they said I would have money available next day. I came in they told me well main office thinks it’s a fraud check. I said I can it be fraud check if it comes from you. Well had get other people involved to get my money. This place is pretty much a joke. I will never come here again.
