Worst experience of my life with a fraud situation still unresolved a year and a half later and I've been a WF customer since 2001.
Management is awful and rude especially the two females working on Fridays. The banker with the septum ring is cool and professional tho. I can see why it’s at 2 stars overall.
Disorganized experience getting my foreign currency delivered to this location. I received a call from them but they didn't tell me why they were calling. I thought it was a spam call. I realized my foreign currency probably arrived. I had to come to the location twice to get it. I would pick a different branch to do anything other than use the ATM.
The worst experience ever at a wells fargo. 2 people at counter 6 people in line and they have helped but 2 people in 20 minutes of standing in line. Seriously avoid this branch at all cost.
