Terrible. Came here to cash a paycheck issued from a Wells Fargo account, line took forever, they said my government issued drivers license wasn't enough verification and demanded my birth certificate as well, on top of that they tried to charge me $10 to cash the check, even though it's from their bank. Asked the manager if they could waive the fee and he pretended there was nothing they could do; looked it up online and found that every specific branch makes their own policy about checking fees and can waive them at will. ... read more
So many issues with this bank and this branch. Made an appointment, showed up on time, checked in online, waited….and waited…and waited…..nobody acknowledged I was there waiting. 20 minutes in, one banker finally realized I’m fuming and goes to look for the banker I’m waiting for. Couldn’t find him but never returned to let me know what the status was. After 30 minutes I threw my hands up and left. Without completing my business. terrible service!!! giving you a cold shoulder if you don't have an appointment! you need appointments now to talk to a banker?!! are they doctors???... as soon as I can I will switch banks!!!
Never open. Just close it down and put in some slightly better ATM's and the experience will be better for everyone.
