Worst customer service, the ops manager could not make time to assist me they had one hour until closing and could not make anything happen. What a waste of time. Just worried about going home on Saturday, said it takes 45 min to open an account when they had an hour and 10 minutes until close. Pathetic!
I want to recognize the incredible dedication of the representative who helped me today, her name was Natalie T. Despite being scheduled for lunch and being short on time for our wire transfer, she delayed her break to take care of us. Her customer service was outstanding and truly appreciated! A true asset for this bank.
I’m disabled person who was scammed out of my entire savings account. This bank kindly gave me the money I lost. Then a few days ago I received a letter saying the claim was unverified and they were taking the money back on February 2nd. Good thing I have family and a trust for help. This kind of thing could completely destroy someone’s life.
I don’t understand the review haters. The branch is clean and pleasant and the bankers are friendly and professional. Easy parking on a Saturday.
