Very helpful staff and employees
The Macon branch has no concept of customer service. They do not care when a customer is standing in line for almost a half hour, and it does not move because they are to busy fixing a computer problem, arriving late to work, or feel since they are in the drive thru that they cannot help the people that have been standing in line for an excessive amount of time. I usually don't ever go into the bank, but I was traveling and my card ended up getting blocked. I stopped in and was assisted by Natalee Newby. She was patient and got me on and out in no time! I was so impressed. Thank you Natalee for making an inconvenient stop incredibly pleasurable.
