I highly Do Not recommend going to this Branch on Macon Rd. I came in to get a document notarize and I asked James if his seal will show up so that I can email the document ? He said I have a stamp! He was very RUDE to ME!!! Horrible customer service! !!!
As a customer making a substantial lump-sum payment to close out my auto loan, I expected a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, this branch of Wells Fargo (Macon Rd, Columbus GA) fell short in every regard. The tellers were dismissive and unhelpful, and the branch manager showed no interest in addressing my concerns or ensuring the process was handled smoothly.
