I’ve been a long time customer of WF. I went to the branch on Macon Rd in Columbus GA on Saturday Feb 1, 2025. I was the first to arrive and Ms. Newbee waited on me (2nd window closest to the door) I had about $1.50 worth of pennies and $2.00 of quarters and some coin-dollars I needed to switch to paper dollars. Ms. Newbee said I needed to go to the table and roll the pennies, and handed me some penny-wraps.
