I stopped banking with them years ago after they embezzled money via extra fees. The class action wasn’t enough to compensate for the headaches but I thought I was done with this crappy business until I was owed a check from Canvana and tried to cash it. Check states it comes from wellsfargo. So I went there so I didn’t have to wait to process it at my bank. This is not my usual branch I'm working in the area but I lost my debit card so I have to go in to the bank to get money for the time being, I went into this location twice yesterday once in the late afternoon around 4 ish there were 4 people in line ahead of me and only two tellers they were taking so long I had to leave the line and return back to working was on break, then I went back at 4:40 the same two tellers only triple the line I walked out not a good experience

Trying to open personal checking account. They are terrible and don’t respect your time. Their time is time, ours are not… Waiting 10 minutes and ran to home get approval of address and back in still I have 35 minutes out of my hour appointment but they said I have to make an another appointment… I have been waited a week to get in this appointment but they don’t care customers… I wish they can hire people who care about customers.
