Trying to take put a business CD. Spent 1hr and 30 minutes and walked away with no CD. Totally inept representative. Will take our money out as soon as possible.
Since when do people need to give their personal id's to deposit money to a corporate business? Then when i ask the teller, they say its "because its cash". If i deposited a penny, you still need my id. Absolutely ludicrous. Whats the need to track individuals on a CORPORATE business? Safe to say i will never personally be doing business with Wells Fargo. Looks like you guys are having fun being the worst rated bank of all time, keep it up guys! 👏👏👏
By the way, the star is for me to write a comment. Oh my God, what a damn bank. Why are you the only ones who do this? Every Friday and Saturday the ATM machine doesn't work. Don't you think about your customers? Don't you think when a customer needs cash and goes to withdraw it from the ATM? I'm definitely not the only one who suffers from this.
