Don't you think about your customers? Don't you think when a customer needs cash and goes to withdraw it from the ATM? I'm definitely not the only one who suffers from this. Just has the worst experience ever with Wells Fargo. I’ve quite literally had my account there for over 30 years and have not been happy for a long time but after today’s experience I will be closing my account for good. The customer service is atrocious. The teller rolled his eyes at me when I requested help with a name change. He pretended I couldn’t do it. Mr. Scharf I am a long time customer. Typically I maintain deposits of $200,000 in my various accounts. I'm compelled to write about the extremely poor customer service the bank has provided to me lately. I was unable to find tools online to issue advance instructions on cs renewal. After the cd renewed at an undesirable rate and term, it took 3 phone calls to get the correct cd. For some reason, the bank didn't correctly complete the transaction the first 2 times.
