Just has the worst experience ever with Wells Fargo. I’ve quite literally had my account there for over 30 years and have not been happy for a long time but after today’s experience I will be closing my account for good. The customer service is atrocious. The teller rolled his eyes at me when I requested help with a name change. He pretended I couldn’t do it. Mr. Scharf I am a long time customer. Typically I maintain deposits of $200,000 in my various accounts. I'm compelled to write about the extremely poor customer service the bank has provided to me lately. I was unable to find tools online to issue advance instructions on cs renewal. After the cd renewed at an undesirable rate and term, it took 3 phone calls to get the correct cd. For some reason, the bank didn't correctly complete the transaction the first 2 times.
