El peor banco siendo un cliente por 15 años y sin ningún problema en todo estos años , hoy depositó un cheque de otra entidad y según su política debe estar disponible el próximo dia hábil , ahora dicen que debo esperar 10 dias , ocasionando esto un problema en mis inversiones. Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had coming in to open a new account. The lobby was totally empty and the advisors were in their offices. I happened to get the attention of one of them who was sitting at her desk alone watching me as I was looking for assistance. She stated that she was coming but never did. After waiting about twenty minutes she came out and approached a gentleman who was of Latino descent and engaged in conversation never acknowledging that I was still waiting.
