3 tellers talking to each other and when I ask them assistant they denied and she’s like you need to wait next one !!! Disgusting customer service!!! Shame on you !!!!
The chase rejected me for a walk in opening account, then i just crossed the street and now i have 2 years of relationship with Wells Fargo. I will update with the name of the guy who received me.
If you choose this bank, bring some snacks/water with you when you come, because you're gonna be waiting a long time every time. This is not a reflection of the staff as they are very pleasant. Just the this location is incredibly busy and could use more staff.
The absolute worst bank! When I call HQ, they always tell me I have to come to the branch and give me an appointment, but the bank always (2nd time out of two issues) tells me they cannot fix it and end up calling HQ. The back and forth is ridiculous. Not sure where the disconnect is, but they sure need to fix it. We live in 2025, for God’s sake! Update: Now I have to come back another day! What a waste of time! It’s a joke!
