Evidentially me showing them my discover card billing statement from Discover's official site clearly displaying I was double charged, was not enough proof for Wells Fargo that I was double charged... Just, yikes. I now understand why people go to regional/local banks with nonsense like that on display...
Dani Rasmussen helped us with removing my father from my account and adding my husband. We originally had an appointment with someone else but that person was busy so Dani offered to help us instead. She was so personable and helpful! We were laughing most of the appointment with her. She was able to answer all our questions and efficiently got our account information updated. Thank you Dani!
It feels like they took the stagecoach theme a little too seriously and refuse to modernize. The customer service is so poor I didn't just terminate my personal accounts, I had my company leave them. When my mom got sick and I needed to act as her power of attorney the Wells Fargo team went out of their way to be as unhelpful as humanly possible. Contrary to some of the other posts, I find the staff extremely friendly and helpful! They greet me by name with a smile and have always gone above and beyond in helping me and members of my family. I have banked at this branch for 17 years.
