Fast, friendly, and efficient.
Evidentially me showing them my discover card billing statement from Discover's official site clearly displaying I was double charged, was not enough proof for Wells Fargo that I was double charged... Just, yikes. I now understand why people go to regional/local banks with nonsense like that on display...
Dani Rasmussen helped us with removing my father from my account and adding my husband. We originally had an appointment with someone else but that person was busy so Dani offered to help us instead.
