I never have any problems with them
I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 20 years. Before you could come in and talk with someone within in 5 to 10 mins max. Now you have to have an appointment which is difficult to get because no one calls you back when you call, if you can get someone to answer. I bank with other institutions and if it wasn’t such a hassle to move everything over I would have done it years ago. They did have multiple tellers back in the day Now at max it’s 2. This place is amazing, so are the employees, the only reason I gave it a 1 is because I have gone in to speak to an officer and they have all of them together. They have plenty of room to separate them and I say that only because there is no privacy. I could hear everything the person next to me was needing and sure it was the same with him including me saying out loud my social. Use some common sense and use the section you have closed. Thank You
