Quick and friendly service.
Very disappointing experience at Wells Fargo. On 10/02/2026, we went inside the branch to withdraw cash using an employee card. Instead of helping us at the teller counter, the teller simply sent us to the ATM. I explained that we came inside because we needed assistance and did not want to waste time going back and forth. Customers’ time should be respected, and employees should clearly explain what is required and help customers find the right solution instead of just sending them away. How about opening at 8:00 am and closing at 6:00 pm. Rotate employees to accommodate the hours to serve the public better.
When going Drive thru, given Friday's are busy. There is only one person working. She is wonderful but, help would be great. At times I see workers standing around with no help. Kyle is growing and only going to get busier. Wells Fargo do better!
