I had an appointment at 1230pm to open a teen account. I showed up at 1220pm, and was told Tanya would be back right at 1230pm. 1240pm came around no Tanya and no update. Why make an appointment or have availability if your not available? Maybe don't make appointments around your lunch time, this was my lunch time and my only time to go In and I showed up early. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE
