I arrived an hour and a half ago and 2 people in front of me and still haven't been seen. I didn't realize it would be an all day quick errand. Get organized please.Now they tell me after waiting an hour and a half they ant even help me today. Why don't you mention it when you signed me in. I will be closing my account and never do business again with wells fargo. The worst service ever.
Done with y'all bc of this bad service at this exact branch always the same. From tolerable to complete lack of service and bodies the last 5-6 years. Spoke with a guy to voice my concern and brushed off like an undervalued customer and provided me with insulting responses like schedule an appointment and try online. How about you schedule more than 2 bankers to handle the floor in this busy, overgrown town.
Every time I come in here, you have one teller in the lobby. Doesn't seem to be any floating help what so ever. People are waiting in line and leaving because of the slow pace. Why can’t a bank of this size have more help on the line? Branch manager should be floating where help is needed.
