I had an appointment at 1230pm to open a teen account. I showed up at 1220pm, and was told Tanya would be back right at 1230pm. 1240pm came around no Tanya and no update. Why make an appointment or have availability if your not available? Maybe don't make appointments around your lunch time, this was my lunch time and my only time to go In and I showed up early.
Wells Fargo is a trillion dollar company and corporate greed is so bad that they only employ one teller at this location. Plan to waste two hours of your day to do anything trivial at this location.
I arrived an hour and a half ago and 2 people in front of me and still haven't been seen. I didn't realize it would be an all day quick errand. Get organized please.Now they tell me after waiting an hour and a half they ant even help me today. Why don't you mention it when you signed me in. I will be closing my account and never do business again with wells fargo. The worst service ever.
Done with y'all bc of this bad service at this exact branch always the same. From tolerable to complete lack of service and bodies the last 5-6 years. Spoke with a guy to voice my concern and brushed off like an undervalued customer and provided me with insulting responses like schedule an appointment and try online. How about you schedule more than 2 bankers to handle the floor in this busy, overgrown town.
