I’m giving this a one star because the guy that came up and talked to me didn’t try to resolve my problem. He just sent me and told me the to call number in the back of the card. and then when I called the number, they told me I need to go in store for that if he actually listened to what I was trying to say, he would know he was the one that needed to resolve that he just heard something, and then that triggered him to say, called the number behind the card

I received a call this afternoon at approximately 1:30 PM from a gentleman inquiring about certain transactions. I am unsure why I was contacted, as I do not have an account with Wells Fargo. After the call, I traced the phone number back and was able to identify the branch it originated from. During the call, I spoke with a representative who was unprofessional in his communication.
