Worst customer service ever. They have no respect for there customer .especially lady with glasses.she is a manger or something I wonder how she got job at Wellsfargo . No experience at all . I will never come to this location . No wonder they have 2.9 star rating.
Horrible customer service, very unprofessional, employees talking to each other over customer, chewing gums, talking other languages in front of customers, pulling people of the lines just because they know each other. This bank needs a new team with knowledge and respect
Javona, the personal banker at this location is EXCEPTIONAL. She is very patient, has lots of knowledge on financial and give good advise. If you're looking for a personal banker who will help and also give good insights please visit this branch and ask for Javona.
Worst location ever trust me. I went to deposit a check and they're telling me that they can't do it I should go to the another bank to ask them to verify like wth I'm not even a member of that bank and bear in mind this is not the 1st time I've deposited check in large amount. I left and went to another wells fargo few miles away and they happily help me without any issues. So what's the difference in both branches???. Don't go here
