Description of complaint: Wells Fargo decided to close my bank account because they said I submitted to valid claims. They said, even though the claims were valid because it was submitted within one year of being a customer they decided to completely close my account without notice. This branch has closed the drive through due to one or two cars per day at times so, if you are planning to visit. Plan to wait a while too. With three tellers & sometimes two. The lines are long but the staff are very helpful and friendly! It would be better to expand the walk up windows area, since customers have to wait longer verses the wall that's there.
Worst customer service ever. They have no respect for there customer .especially lady with glasses.she is a manger or something I wonder how she got job at Wellsfargo . No experience at all . I will never come to this location . No wonder they have 2.9 star rating.
