This is probably the slowest branch ever. Should close the drive thru because it's supposed to be quick and convenient. Next time I'll drag my kids inside bcos I'm sure it'll b quicker.
Horrible service! Always long lines, anytime of the day,week, or month. Just avoid this branch at all costs!
I went to make a deposit in the drive-thru at 15 minutes till 12 on a Saturday, and when I sent my receipt back after about a 10 minute wait, they informed me they had giving my drivers license and debit card to another person who had driven off. Sorry about that. So I was given the choice of waiting till that person came back or they would call me later. Not real happy, what's happening with my money if they can't keep track of my drivers license and debit card? Plus it's a Saturday, and your closing in six minutes.
I hate coming to this bank, it takes forever to do anything the quickest thing they have is the drive up window and now they stop doing change through there by president's order apparently to save time! I hate coming to this bank!
