Zero customer care. I go to Wells Fargo 1365 Germantown Pkwy to make a wire transfer and am the only person in the branch other than the teller. I ask to make a wire transfer and was told to have a seat and someone would help me. The teller then yelled “Jamie”. I sat and waited and after about 10 minutes of being alone in the bank I asked if I should come back. The teller again yelled for Jamie and a light came on in the back and Jamie came out.
