Customer service is a joke
Horrible experience. I have tried for several days to withdraw money from the ATM using contactless card from my Apple Wallet. For 5 days straight it has been unavailable which is ridiculous. How do you say you have contactless banking available, and the moment we go to do it at the ATM... it doesn't work. It isn't just this branch and ATM though, I went to each one in the Memphis area and NONE of them take contactless tap for completing transactions which is absolutely outrageous. I come here ONLY to cash my payroll checks, their service is deploraple. They are rude EVEN to account holders!! They don't ask how I want my bills back so I get $1500 in 20s.. yeah that's safe to walk out with. They need to step up the service. I sure don't feel welcome here. The security guard is more friendly than the tellers. Thank Goodness for him!
