"I had a disappointing experience at this branch. I brought a Wells Fargo check, my driver's license, and additional identification with my business information. I was hoping to cash a check drawn on Wells Fargo, but I was told they couldn't help because I wasn't a Wells Fargo customer. I've had much better experiences at other banks, including Regions, where they verified my identity, created a profile for me, and were able to cash checks without any issues.
