Went in there to withdraw money, and it wasn't a bad time waiting. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of the wait. Otherwise, the tellers were nice and watched one trying to speak Spanish to the best of her ability, and I thought that was sweet and considerate. I guess a scary thing is that it was robbed the next day, but it's Memphis. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
They don’t give you the accurate information about their products they make you waste time on it if I can give 0 stars would have been awesome but I can’t
This is for Wells Fargo Hacks Cross in Tennessee. We had a very bad experience their. It was Saturday when we went there to deposit. We were told we need to return Monday to deposit because they have to call other the bank for the authenticity of my cashiers check. Its upsetting because that day my husband was able to deposit his money to Wells Fargo without calling other bank and we waited so much because there was a long long line. They lost all there good bankers, I was assisted by Kay for few years then followed by a banker named Abou! They’re all gone! Am not happy with the service and speed of transactions at all. I’ll be taking my money somewhere else.
They had a banker named Abou was an exceptional banker, and very knowledgeable I drove 2 hours away to see him and was told he was no longer there. Am disappointed in their service and the line was through the door.
