Worst experience ever!! If I could give them a zero, I would. I've been to this branch 3 times to find out when the vendor would be onsite to drill the safe deposit boxes as this branch is closing. I was told by the branch manager that I would receive a call to schedule a time; I never received a call. I was finally able to reach a representative at the branch who scheduled an appointment in the branch manager's absence for Friday at noon. Baker was late for 9 AM appointment that was scheduled a week in advance. Branch manager told us that we needed to reschedule appointment that we’d taken off of work to attend and was unable to manage his own branch without a worker present. All supervisors should have an SOP in place in the event that certain employees have emergencies. Why wasn’t he able to stand in place for the appointment if he’s the manager?
I had to do wire transfer today, I can’t remember the lady’s name she was sooo helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. And help me do a wire transfer for a new mortgage. I want to thank her. I will be back to that branch soon and acknowledge her because I will know her when I see her. Thank you again!!!!
