Horrible customer service from the manager, Bonnie Vasquez. the cashier was very helpful but the manager was trying to have a full conversation ( not caring at that time infront of other )with me across the room while she sat at her desk. Until I told the cashier she is very unprofessional putting my business infront of everyone. Then she tells me I need a banker which then she say no one is available. I just visited the WF in Highlands, CA and the teller - Andrea was extremely polite, happy, and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and I appreciate the excellent customer service!
Everytime I come it doesn't matter, what time, only one teller open. 6-8 people in line. You need to practice on better service. It's ridiculous.
