No tellers at this location, and NO SIGNAGE explaining that? Wells Fargo gets worse by the day. I was standing at counter for several minutes before a banker thought to inform the guy BEHIND me that they don't offer teller service. Worst bank in the area. It's wonderful standing outside when it's 112° to use the barley working atm because they don't want to adequately staff their locations.
Never been to a bank that didn't have teller service to deposit a cashier's check. Was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes for someone specific to help me, so I left.
This is probably the worst bank I have ever been. I was told I had to wait 45 min but I am the only customer in the bank. They are so rude. One employee is just looking at his calendar just to stop his computer from going to sleep. Hard at work I see Aidan.....
Been with them for 33 years and they wouldn't wave a $23K cashiers check ten dollar charge! I look for a new bank in the near future!
