Probably the worst branch I’ve stepped foot into. Slow moving, very rude manager, seems like he hates his job. Went to the Sun Lake branch & I was in and out in less than 1 minute, greeted me with smiles and showed what customer service is all about!
Zinnia Aguilera helped me and my son to open an account, she was very helpful, insightful for a 14-year-old beginning his financial journey in life, and made sure that he was set up even on his mobile app. Thank you for your patience and excellent customer service.
Extremely disappointing Apparently this bank doesn’t accept walk-ins and requires an appointment for everything — even though five of their employees were just sitting at their desks and seemed available

I visited this branch location for the first time today. The staff was very friendly and accepting of my service dog. My teller, Zach, did an excellent job helping me with my deposit and answering my questions. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience.
