Been with them for 33 years and they wouldn't wave a $23K cashiers check ten dollar charge! I look for a new bank in the near future!
Never been to a bank that will not give me change for my company bank deposits. This is the second time that I’ve had to go to a different branch because they do not want to just simply take a small deposit. They are not helpful and they’re not very nice or empathetic as a whole
Probably the worst branch I’ve stepped foot into. Slow moving, very rude manager, seems like he hates his job. Went to the Sun Lake branch & I was in and out in less than 1 minute, greeted me with smiles and showed what customer service is all about!
Zinnia Aguilera helped me and my son to open an account, she was very helpful, insightful for a 14-year-old beginning his financial journey in life, and made sure that he was set up even on his mobile app. Thank you for your patience and excellent customer service.
Extremely disappointing Apparently this bank doesn’t accept walk-ins and requires an appointment for everything — even though five of their employees were just sitting at their desks and seemed available
