Terrible service towards long time customers. Glad to see the branch close
They are never open at this location. I picked them due to being close to house. Worst mistake!
I went to the bank to open an account and the person in charge there told me that I don't have time, please come next week, even though there were no customers in the bank.
Customer service is non-existent. My aunt and I walked in to make an update to her accounts, and we were told we had to make an appointment, despite the fact that there were 3 employees standing around and literally no other customers inside the bank. What’s the point in having a branch if you refuse to help customers?? I’ll definitely never become a customer of WF.
Trust me, never bank with Wells Fargo. Most inconvenient bank that charges for everything.
