When I initially read the reviews for this bank I was very hesitant to come however I needed a cashiers check so I reluctantly went in. I was greeted with nothing but hospitality and respect. Everyone smiled and greeted me. I was helped in literally one second of walking into the bank and was done in about five minutes. I don’t know why the reviews were so bad because this was an extremely pleasant and swift banking experience. Kyle helped me and he was extremely helpful. Definitely will be going to this location again!
The employees at this bank seem very nice and helpful and that's why I gave 2 stars and not 1. What kind of a bank charges $10 to cash a check that has its name on it. They said it's a convenience fee but it seems to be only convenient for the bank. What a rip-off. What is the world coming to?
Whoever is managing this sad factory needs to be permanently out of a job. Failure on all fronts. Understaffed incompetence. Just came in today and it was the same miserable experience all over again. There was even a girl sitting at her desk seemingly doing nothing that wouldn't help me. Customer service is not a priority here. Miserable people run by miserable management.
