Cashed a two party check and the experience was pleasant
Worst bank ever. Anytime I come here they make you wait for at least 1 hr. You can see the bank reps chitchatting and roaming but they do not attend to the customers. Even if the bank is empty- no customers, they just keep you waiting. I wish they were more customer focused
Slow service . Was never told they’d get with me momentarily. Just completely ignored nor was any eye contact given
drive through and the reps from the bank side are really helpful, i've used drive through for the first time and they helped me end to end process. Very friendly and helpful 👍
