Ummm. Can you fix your parking lot?!! I cannot withdraw $20 out of the ATM without costing myself an alignment!
ATM is constantly out of service and they removed their inside ATM so this bank is essentially useless now.
Simply want to send a wire and they don't think they can get it done today what kind of Bank can't send a wire
Good drive-through service with very nice people. Appointment system doesn't seem to be updated ("sorry, we actually didn't have a notary today after all") which can lead to a huge waste of time and inconvenience.
I called last week and asked if I could cash Treasury Bonds. They said sure come in. I went in and they were busy, asked me to schedule an appointment. I did, cleared my schedule and came in and they said the rules changed this week and they can't help. This branch has wasted hours of my time.
