(Jackson Creek) Absolutely the worst experience with Miguel. Never seen him, hope I never do again. I make 3 deposits each month for my employer.. Same for over 2 plus years. Out of nowhere, I have to show him my ID. I asked him why?.. He was shady, put his head down and gave a shady explanation in a real low tone.. Update one year later: DO NOT BANK HERE I wish there was a way to give zero stars. This is the absolute worst place to do business and first 1 star review since this branch last year. Everything about this branch is miserable. I'm at attempt 77 to call over 4 days. Nothing. I'm keeping track just for fun at this point. I finally drove into town to schedule an appointment. Ummm. Can you fix your parking lot?!! I cannot withdraw $20 out of the ATM without costing myself an alignment!
ATM is constantly out of service and they removed their inside ATM so this bank is essentially useless now.
Simply want to send a wire and they don't think they can get it done today what kind of Bank can't send a wire
