Staff went above and beyond to help us with some unexpected circumstances. They have exceeded all our expectations.
Staff is polite and works quickly. Building is an older building but in good condition. Several ATM outdoors. Not the best area but close to freeway.
I opened an account here and the staff was very helpful and knowledgable. Parking is easy, convenient location.

I had banked with Wells Fargo years ago and they closed my account in error. I hadn't known so I was bouncing checks and had insufficient funds go through, when I asked if they could contact my creditors to fix the problem they were not helpful at all. They lost my business.
We banked with Wells Fargo for years. Unfortunately, we came to dislike banking with them. The fees seemed to constantly increase. The staff turned over constantly.
