I had my last auto loan through this branch and now I’m wholly regretting it. I rolled the old loan over into my new loan, but they still took an auto payment out of my bank account (6) days after receiving a payout from the auto dealership. Turns out it took them 10 business days to apply the payment to my account. Now the bank is refusing to give me my payment back.
