2 tellers for a line to the front door is inexcusable. They have employees that walk around but don't do anything. They had one person taking out a large sum and instead of transferring that to another agent that can work with them one-on-one, the teller says she needs to get more money and is gone for awhile. The guy said he wanted to count and was directed to another area. Why not do that from the beginning! Saying "sorry for your wait" isn't enough. Action needed to be taken to manage the flow and cut the wait times
I recently had a disappointing experience at my local Wells Fargo branch. One of the representatives who was black woman, was unprofessional and rude. She ignored my greeting and seemed disinterested in helping me. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was disappointing.
