I love my bank and usually I don't have a problem. But today a young banker tried to help me and she hurried me along because she said "she had a appointment" and made me leave her desk to go sit in the chairs to await another banker to help me. She wasn't much help and seemed to smirk at me as if I was a doddling old woman not knowing what to do. I felt insulted. So then Debbie from your bank came and helped me.
