I had a fraud attempt to our account. Banker Mrs Smith( she welcome me when I arrived, she even knew who i was)and the branch manager i think her name is Yenelis,(sorry if I got your name wrong) went above and beyond. They spent 3 hours helping me getting this fixed. Awesome customer service. They really took time and effort to get it right. Thank you so much. We have been wells fargo customers since 2010,no complains.
