I never do reviews, but this bank exceeds every expectation in the customer service aspect! The staff is friendly and helpful. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews- I entered this bank at 4:15 pm (they close at 5) to open an account. I was welcomed with open arms & the customer service was exceptional to every person I saw in the building, and they were busy!
