Went in told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours wait because everyone is working with other customers. I asked why that long and they said that is how long appointments take. When banks are struggling tor customers, why are customers treated so rudely? I have opened accounts in less time than an hour before.
I made an appointment today with my mom to take care of some business with an existing account. We had Aneesa as our customer service rep (the branch manager). She was wonderful and took special care of us. I loved that she made small talk too. She was very warm and hospitable! Great customer service at this branch.

I’ve been to this branch a few times now and am always blown away about how nice the people are here. Especially the manager, Kristen, she was running her tail off the other day, helping people in the chairs and the tellers all needed her at the same time. There was not a banker available but Kristen helped with everything I needed and even though she had to keep getting up to help the tellers she was just the nicest, most professional person and I will always come back to this branch because of her!!
