I come to this Wells Fargo location a lot but today I was greeted by Kate. I got one of the most exceptional customer service. Within minutes I cashed my check, I withdrew some money, set up an appointment to open a savings account, and got my temporary checks printed, and I was mind blower by the service she provided. Shoutout to Kate.
I’m writing this as I stand in here this location in particular always gives me a hard time I can’t ever cash my check y’all pick and choose which documents yall accept last time I was here with my dad yall wouldn’t take a social you took a letter of mail and ID and now your saying your not taking it and as to the manager who was suppose to come out and came Out and walk back into the door locking it count your days at your job
It is unacceptable that this branch does not answer its phone during regular hours. This country is falling to pieces if banks can't even answer urgent customer questions and needs. Absolutely ridiculous. For reference, I just called eight (8) times on a normal Thursday at non-rush times with no answer whatsoever. There is no reason or excuse for this breakdown of service. Disgraceful.
