Terrible service. They only have one teller … I came in and no one greet me, a white lady came in right after & the right away the guy who saw me when I walk in said “ Hello welcome in” to her. yup in 2025 this is still happening. Im closing my account TODAYYYY! THANKS WELLS FARGO..
The worst location ever all employees there are in slow-motion settings. A 5-minute transaction can easily take 3 hours at this location.
I had to get a notary. I called the bank and talked to Omar. He took care of me right away and was extremely professional. I was very impressed!
