If I could rate 0 to the specific person at this branch I would. First I walked in and let him know I had an appointment for fraud on my account and instead of opening my account he proceeded to be difficult. Instead of reading the notes he proceeded to tell me I needed to do a name change. Not to mention I walked in earlier to make my appointment and he was being problematic with the woman in his chair then. Do not see Kenneth (he’s on the floor to the left).
