Kenny gonzalez provided me with terrible customer service
If I could give them zero stars I would. First off I've only had an account for 2 months and have had several issues. I went to the bank cashed my check on 2 separate occasions and they held the amount I deposited for a full day that I had deposited that happened twice after I was told it wouldn't happen again. I also spoke to a very rude supervisor at the branch on Cornwallis in Greensboro, NC. I find it absolutely ridiculous that a bank supervisor can speak to a customer in that tone in that way when they screwed up the tr... read more
