After banking with Wells Fargo for 26 years, supposedly we missed a letter verifying our home address. Yet the letter went to our home address requesting proof of residence. I walked into this branch and had to wait 38 minutes to sit with someone that told me nope we’re canceling all your accounts because I didn’t meet some deadline. I have never in my life seen the worst customer service like I did with Wells Fargo.
