This place is a dumpster fire. Demolishing their drive thru. Had FOUR bankers just sitting around while there was a line of people waiting for just ONE cashier person. So stupid. The only reason I stay with Wells Fargo is because they put your paycheck in your account a day earlier than other banks. They screwed me out of a promotion when I initial signed up, I finally let it go, they were being cheap and lied to me. I was here for over an hour. No one asked me if I needed assistance until I got up and asked someone to help me out. After someone was available instead of helping me they decided to start doing something else and kept me waiting until they felt like wanted to assist. Very bad customer service.
Came into the branch today with an urgent need to cash a check for my client to purchase a home. We were originally informed the funds would not be available today and would take a few business days. We were asked to speak to the Branch Manager, Justin Blanchard, to explain to situation to see how he could help. Justin heard us, he was professional, and he helped us resolve the issue. I cant explain enough the level of customer service we experienced today. Justin, as well as the tellers - Thank You!
