I visited the branch on 7/22/25 for assistance with a wire transfer. Sara and a gentleman were both working at the front. Sara asked him to assist me, as she appeared to be working on something on her computer. He paused and didn’t respond. Sara then proceeded to help me herself, but informed me she was unable to complete the wire transfer and suggested I wait to see if a banker would become available after their appointments. This company is so fraudulent it's astounding that they are still even open after having to pay $1billion to fraudulent behavior. I was charged not once but twice for inputting the wrong routing number for a wire. When wells fargo rejects your wire, they secretly keep $50 and send the rest of your wire back. This happened to me once when I was rushing to initiate a wire to put down the Ernest money on my home and then again recently when I just was typing too fast.
