Fixed an appointment and visited this branch for Notary Services and been welcomed by Mr.Majdalany while waiting on the line and been very helpful with the Notary services. He was very patient in explaining the process and was very happy with his hospitality and professional behavior. He has also explained all the benefits I could make use of when switching my other accounts from another bank.
Most of the customer service people there are very nice. At the Bessemer Branch. But Whoever the Woman is over the tellers. Is very rude and unprofessional.My mother is 88 and has been banking at this bank through all the name changes. She thinks the woman should be fired. We in the drive- tru so we really couldn’t get the lady’s name. She needs to be retrained on how to treat customers. We are the reason she has a job. We will never go to that branch again.

I've going to this branch for a while but the teller who processed my transaction today at the drive thru made me feel like I don't deserve her service. After discovering that one of the checks was not fully filled out, she just returned everything back to me instead of sending me back the check and to correct the deposit slip. After that I asked her if I can correct the deposit slip and send everything back to her. When she finally finished the deposit, she sent the receipt without any word.
