I have been banking eith wells Fargo for over 10 years. This is the least helpful branch in our area. Don't waste your time with these bankers. They lack work ethic, compassion, and customer service is at a ALL TIME LOW. almost every visit i have issues with them. Other branches are helpful, thoughtful, take their job seriously and go the extra step for the customer satisfaction. Easy as pie
Never had such an unpleasant experience at a bank before. I’ve honestly never felt offended walking into one until this visit. I previously cashed my workers comp checks at the Randleman Road Wells Fargo location with no issues and no fees. I only needed to cash one because I had recently switched banks and was waiting for direct deposit to kick in.
