What happened to customer service? What happened to cross training? This is my regular branch, so I go there first. I went in to pay a bill and get a notary. Easy enough, right? Nope! Made the payment easy enough, ( they love your money), but the notary! You need to make an appointment! What! And what happened to just one notary in the whole place!Then no hand written anything. Came into to make a deposit and needed to talk to a banker and was told they were booked for today and then a banker came out and ask if I was next and I said i don't have an appt and she said it's okay I can see you now. I don't like being lied to.
