We have been banking with the Fry's Wells Fargo Bank for 22 years. I went in with 5 one hundred bills. The teller counted the 5 bills. I wanted change for 1 of the one hundred dollars bills and depositing 4 of the one hundred bills from the sale of furniture. After she deposit the 4, I ask for change and she said I only give her 4. The manager said the till have to be counted which took about 10 minutes to do. Then the 1 hundred bill was found and I finally got change. How hard is it to count 5 bills? Wells Fargo is trash. Use a different bank.
These people who work here are substandard at best. They are rude and time consuming. I'll be closing my account with these folks first chance.i get.
What happened to customer service? What happened to cross training? This is my regular branch, so I go there first. I went in to pay a bill and get a notary. Easy enough, right? Nope! Made the payment easy enough, ( they love your money), but the notary! You need to make an appointment! What! And what happened to just one notary in the whole place!Then no hand written anything.
