They allowed family members to walk in and drain a joint bank account that had none their names on it. We wanted it investigated. But that’s how easy they allow that to happen. Your best bet is to take your money somewhere safer.
Very rude. Witnessed the old woman teller turn away a young girl who asked to use the bathroom when it was 4°F outside. She told the poor young lady that "it's only available to paying customers!" It's a bank for goodness sake.
