I dont know who the lady is that helped me over the phone at the mt.carmel location all i know is her first name is cathy (hope i spelled it right) she needs a raise. She trully went above and beond for me. I was frustrated to the point where if i were her i would have just hung up but no she knew i needed information and she did not give up she help me with an app problem i was having as well... Truly awesome truly professional truly great person. thank you

Walk in the bank. Stood there waiting to get taken care of. Had five women there standing and looking around and talking to each other for at least five minutes. Seems to me it is happening at all the banks. I wish they would work and take care of their customers instead of standing and gossiping and talking about what they're going to do and what they've done all day. Or at least train your staff to have the decency to look up and say hello and I will be right with you. Thank you
Awesome place so far. I've always dealt with this bank. And now that I'm in a new town I'm still getting quality service. And allot faster than the wells Fargo's in a more populated area. Lol
