Other than the atm at this location this place is so frustrating. Weeks ago I wanted to come In and roll over an Ira. They said I had to come into the branch to just make an appointment for a different day. I chose to put money in a local bank that I called that day. They set an appointment within the hour. I go today to wire money. No one is available for maybe and hour or so. Can't make an appointment. Member of wells for 35 years. It's just a joke. I would love for someone to reach out
The staff at this branch were subpar. The teller was more focused on drinking her Starbucks coffee than processing my transaction.
I’m am so pleased with my service I received today, Nakiah Kirsten and Olivia Bennett really made my day. Customer service was Superb and service was not long and made very easy and simple transaction. I received a 5 star Service Thank You!!!
I was trying to fax a Wells Fargo account form to a Wells Fargo in Minnesota. S h e said she didn't have their fax number and sent me home to get directions that came with form. She could have looked up the bank in Minnesota, but l had to go look for directions. I'm 72 years old and have numerous medical issues. I have 8 doctors. I've been with Wells Fargo for at least 20 years. I will leave it for now, but l may switch back to Marshland Credit union. They always gave me swift attention and treated me with utmost kindness.
