From the moment my daughter and I walked in we were greeted with exceptional customer service Paula and Olivia made us feel like we had a million dollars in our account they greeted us with smiles and offered us a bottle water the ambiance was beautiful it is a relaxed setting and it smells so good Paula and Olivia were very informative and helpful in assisting my daughter with opening her first bank account thank you both for making her first bank experience a great one
The manager, she was very rude. She don’t give me my money from my account. I’m on emergency. I came from Florida to buy a car from Georgia and she asked me why I don’t grab my money with me from Florida. She was really stupid. I give her my ID I give her my Social Security. I give her all what she want to give my money and she start to ask me a questions out of the system. I said they say for you like to ask me this question she said no just I’m curious. she talk to the people like the street way.
It seems to be severely understaffed. I live two towns away and they closed my local beach and replaced it with an ATM. Tried to make an appointment at this branch but no appointments were available forever. Had to go to Florida to get an appointment. Awful branch
Awesome staff!! They are always friendly and helpful.
