Worst customer service ever, I called and asked could I be emailed a document, I was told “No” in a rude tone and hung up on. I then went in person and upon walking in the teller (Santiago) looked at me and rolled his eyes and said “how may I help you” with an attitude I explained that I needed a document he huffed and asked me to put my card in. After all of that was done he printed out the paper and slapped it on the counter while walking away he and the other teller whispered something to each other and started laughing. ... read more
