I am really disappointed that the drive thru isn’t opened anymore. Makes it hard for the disabled/elderly to do banking.
These branch opened an account with my kids stolen social security cards. With a person black mailing my family. They did not have mine or my ex wife blessing. I am not sure what this guys plans are but I am scared about how this is going to pan out. I called to get this reversed and there legal department said they can’t do anything about it. This is far from the end of this story. Tim
No where on their website does it say an appointment is needed, it just says lobby is open. I go to try and get my father-in-laws bills taken care of theres nothing they will do to help a man who just had open heart surgery. These people don't care about their customers at all. We will be switching his accounts to a more reputable bank at our earliest opportunity.

How can anyone do business with a criminal. All their policies and procedures are created by the criminal CEO with criminal intentions. Take you money out and place it in another bank.

I tried to make an appointment online but there is not a category for me to enter that I need to make an appointment to have 1 document notarized. What can I do just to have a document notarized? I don't want to make the trip up there to get turned away because I don't have an appointment
